Peer Review of witness statements and reports is becoming more common, and for some forensic providers a standard procedure.

To ensure all aspects of a review are carried out thoroughly Helston Forensics uses a standard form to assist in the review process.

Attached are the forms and some general notes for interest to all who do not use this process as a standard checking system.
